Depart Ottawa on your way to Israel. Meals will be served en route.

Day 2 Mon Oct 30                                                   Arrive Israel - Haifa
Welcome to Israel! Travel north along the Mediterranean coastline to our first mountain top experience, Mt Carmel, to view the Muchraka where Elijah confronted the prophets of Baal. From there, on to Haifa to the Stella Maris Observation Lookout which is located above the cave where Elijah, the prophet, once lived and view the entire port city of Haifa and the northern shoreline of Israel all the way up to Lebanon.

Day 3 Tues Oct 31                                                   Rosh Hanikra - Nazareth - Tiberias
Begin the day at the magnificent Grottos at Rosh Hanikra on the northwest corner of the Israel-Lebanon border. The white chalk cliffs offer a spectacular panoramic view of Haifa Bay, the hills of the Galilee and the Mediterranean – a very strategic place to pray. Drive on to Nazareth to visit the Synagogue where Jesus preached and then an experience life, as in the days of Jesus, at Nazareth Village. A quick stop at Cana of Galilee village where Jesus performed his first miracle turning water into wine. Then on to JNF Reforestation through Jewish National Fund (JNF) to plant a tree and fulfill Bible prophecy restoring the land. Continue through the picturesque upper Galilee region and arrive at hotel on the shores of the Sea of Galilee. A unique and spectacular dinner experience awaits you at Decks Restaurant on the Sea of Galilee.

Day 4 Wed Nov 1                                                    Caesarea Philippi – Golan Heights - Tiberias
Travel to the north eastern border of Israel to Israel’s highest mountain, Mount Hermon at the southern tip of the Lebanon mountain range. Drive along the Golan Heights to the Banias, site of the ancient Caesarea Philippi where Peter confessed Jesus as the Christ, Messiah. Proceed to the Banias Falls and Tel Dan. View the amazing area from the Mount Bental Bunker. Learn about the miraculous battle victories that Israel won against all odds. Take time for prayer and worship on Shalom Vista on the Golan Heights overlooking Tiberias, the Sea of Galilee, all across the north of Israel to the Mediterranean Sea. Visit the Galilee Experience, Messianic gift shop.

Day 5 Thu Nov 2                                                     Sea of Galilee – Capernaum - Tiberias
Visit the Boat Museum to see the 2000 year old ‘Jesus Boat’ which was discovered in 1986, then sail across the Sea of Galilee for an unforgettable worship experience on the worship boats. Stop at Capernaum home of Simon Peter and the ministry headquarters of Jesus. Following the tradition of the fisherman’s disciples and enjoy a St. Peter’s lunch along the shores of the Galilee. Continue to the tranquil Mount of Beatitudes where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount.

Day 6 Fri Nov 3                                                       Jordan Valley - Jerusalem
Travel down into the scenic Jordan Valley on the western border of Israel, part of the Great Rift Valley, which extends southwards into East Africa. Stop at Gilgal, where the children of Israel crossed over into the Promised Land and celebrated the first Passover. Travel to Kaser El Yaud on the Jordan River, traditional Baptism site of Jesus and be baptized in the Jordan. Stop at Eretz Bereshit to ride camels and have lunch with Father Abraham, an unforgettable Genesis experience. Make the impressive ascent to Jerusalem and stand on the Mount of Olives to take time to pray over the Old City of Jerusalem. Walk down to the Garden of Gethsemane, view the Golden Gate. Then make your way to the Western Wall for a time of prayer – this will be an unforgettable time as we will see many of Israeli’s gather to pray and rejoice and dance at the Western Wall on Erev Shabbat.

Day 7 Sat Nov 4                                                      Jerusalem
Shabbat Shalom a Free day in Jerusalem Option: Worship at Messianic Congregation in morning and walking through streets of Jerusalem in the afternoon. Enjoy an evening at the Sound and Light show at Tower of David by Jaffa Gate.

Day 8 Sun Nov 5                                                     Jerusalem
Begin the day at the Jaffa Gate and walk the ancient walls and ramparts of the Old City of Jerusalem, to the Dung Gate. Visit the City of David, with awesome 3D movie of the ancient Biblical city and walk through the amazing archeological discoveries and through Hezekiah’s Tunnel. Continue to Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Memorial Museum. Attend the King of Kings Assembly.

Day 9 Mon Nov 6                                                   Jerusalem
Continue to Government Hill to see the Knesset, Israel’s Parliament and the Menorah. Visit Yad Lakashish, lifeline for the elderly. Then on to the Davidson Centre to see the Southern Wall Digs and walk the steps where Jesus walked in and out of the temple. Tour the Western Wall Tunnels, a system of underground tunnels. See the Eastern Gate of Jerusalem; this is also called the Golden Gate. Take a walking tour of the ancient streets and market places of the Old City of Jerusalem.

Day 10 Tue Nov 7                                                  Dead Sea – Ein Gedi
Travel to Qumran, the site of the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls. Next visit Ein Gedi falls and see the caves of Adullam where David sought refuge from King Saul. Take cable car to the mountain fortress of Masada and end the day with a unique experience to float in the therapeutic salt mineral waters of the Dead Sea.

Day 11 Wed Nov 8                                                 Jaffa – Tel Aviv
Today, travel from the lowest place on earth up through Jerusalem and on to visit Mevaseret Zion Ethiopian Absorption Centre and meet Jewish Ethiopian immigrants who have recently made aliya from Africa. Continue to Jaffa (Joppa) where Peter stayed with Simon the Tanner. Visit Dugit Ministry, an evangelistic outreach centre, in the heart of Tel Aviv. Tour Tel Aviv, including Independence Hall, followed by an afternoon walk around Tel Aviv Market.
In the evening attend a Farewell Dinner Celebration.

Day 12 Thu Nov 9                                                 Canada
Transfer to the airport to fly home.
