Day 2 FRI Mar 15, 2024 Arrival
Upon arrival at Tel Aviv (Ben Gurion Airport) you will be met by a representative. On the way to the hotel visit Jaffa (Joppa) where Peter stayed with Simon the Tanner. (Acts 9:43, 10:9-23). Drive along the Mediterranean Coast to Caesarea, the site where Paul defended himself before Festus and King Agrippa (Acts 25:6-26:32). Tour the Aqueduct and the restored Roman Amphitheater.

Day 3 SAT Mar 16, 2024 Mt Carmel – Galilee
Drive through the Jezreel Valley to Mt. Carmel and Muchraka where Elijah challenged and defeated the 400 prophets of Baal. Continue to Megiddo the fortress city of King Solomon and where the final Battle of Armageddon will take place. (Revelation 16:12-16). Travel to Nazareth and Cana for views of the childhood home of Jesus. Continue through Jezreel Valley to the Spring of Gideon where Gideon selected the 300 men who would join him in fighting against theMidianites (Judges 7:1-7).

Day 4 SUN Mar 17, 2024 Sea of Galilee
Visit the Boat Museum to see the 2000 year old “Jesus Boat” which was discovered in 1986 and sail across the Sea of Galilee. TourCapernaum where Jesus chose to center his ministry. Continue to the Mount of Beatitudes where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5-7). Visit Magdala, Stop at Yardenit to have a baptismal service for those wishing to be baptized as Jesus was in the Jordan River (Matthew 3:13-17).

Day 5 MON Mar 18, 2024 Sea of Galilee - Golan Heights
Stop at the cursed cities of Korazin and Bethsaida. Drive up the Golan Heights to Banias site of ancient Caesarea Philippi where Peter confessed Jesus as the Christ. Enjoy a visit to the biblical village of Katzrin, and enjoy views of the Golan Heights and Sea of Galilee.

Day 6 TUE Mar 19, 2024 Jordan Valley – Dead Sea
Visit Beth She’an and tour the excavations that have revealed Israel’s largest ruins of a Roman City. Travel through the Jordan Valley to Kaser El Yehud where Joshua crossed over the Jordan River with the Children of Israel and where John the Baptist baptized people. From there drive to the Dead Sea, the lowest areain the world. Hike to Ein Gedi to see the desert oasis where David hid from King Saul (I Samuel23:29). Visit Massada, the fortress built by King Herod. Ride the cable car to the top to explore the excavations including the ancient synagogue, Herod’s palace, water cisterns and bathhouses. Take a dip in the therapeutic, salt mineral water of the Dead Sea.

Day 7 WED Mar 20, 2024 Dead Sea – Jerusalem
Start the day at Qumran the site of the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls. Travel up to Jerusalem via the Judean Wilderness. Stop at Abraham’s Tent and ride a camel at Genesis Land. Enter the Holy City as a pilgrim and enjoy the first glimpse of the City of Jerusalem from Mt. Scopus. Drive to the Mt. of Olives for a panoramic view of the Old City of Jerusalem. This is where Jesus began His Palm Sunday journey into Jerusalem (Matthew 21:1-9). Walk down the Palm Sunday Path to the Garden of Gethsemane where Jesus spent the night in prayer (Matthew 26:36-46). Day 8 THU Mar 21, 2024 Jerusalem
Tour the City of David (the Hazakiah’s Tunnels and Pool of Siloam). Enter the Old City through the Zion Gate and walk through the restored Jewish Quarter and the Western (“Wailing “) Wall. View the Dome of the Rock and Al Aqsa Mosque on top of the Temple Mount. Visit the Davidson Centre hi-tech imaging presentation of the ancient temple, then the archeological excavations around the Western Wall and south west side of the temple. Visit the Pool of Bethesada (John 5) Saint Anne’s Church with its wonderful acoustics. Walk through the Via Dolorosa to visit the Church of the Sepulcher. Sound and Light at the David Citadel walls this evening.

Day 9 FRI Mar 22, 2024 Jerusalem
Spend some time at Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Memorial, visiting the memorial sites and the Museum. Continue toGovernment Hill to see the Knesset, Israel’s Parliament and theMenorah,which is engraved with scenes of the Jewish Nations history. Visit the Israel Museum to see the Shrine of the Book, where the Dead Sea Scrolls are displayed are displayed and the new Holy Land Model.
Overnight in Jerusalem
Day 10 SAT Mar 23, 2024 Jerusalem-Bethlehe Jerusalem.
Tour to Bethlehemto see the Church of the Nativity, the oldest Church in the world. Then tour the House of the High Priest Caiaphas at St. Peter in Gallicantu where Jesus was tried by the Sanhedrin and imprisoned for a night (Matthew 26:57-75). Visit the Upper Room where Jesus had His final Passover with His disciples (Luke 22:7-38). Continue to the Garden Tomb (Matt 27:33) where we will share in a communion service.
